"Ashley served as our account representative during our transition from Progressive to State Farm, facilitating a seamless transfer. Her assistance was exceptional; she was both kind and supportive throughout the process. Additionally, a staff member presented my daughter with a small State Farm teddy bear, which contributed to our sense of welcome. My husband owns a classic sports car, and Ashley’s expertise ensured we obtained the appropriate insurance coverage for it. This allowed us to consolidate all our vehicles and homeowner’s insurance under one provider, which was highly beneficial for us. "My car was totalled and Claims was nitpicking every way possible. Michael went above and beyond dealing with those incompetent people and kept his sense of humor.
